We are a small business dedicated to getting your delivery to your destination within a timely manner and organized fashion. With that being said, please keep in mind that we are a small business who covers an extremely large-scale region. Although our drivers are big and strong, we occasionally will have rushes and customers may experience delays. 

You as a customer are responsible for adding specific delivery notes to your order in the event that you need your delivery in a hard-to-navigate area. Orders without delivery notes may be subject to delays.
