Track Order

After checkout, Shopify sends an order confirmation email. Open it and use the View your order (or similar) link — that is your secure order status page with fulfillment updates.

If you checked out with a phone number, you may get a text instead; use the link from that message.

Can't find the email? Check spam or promotions. Contact us if you need your confirmation resent from the order in our admin.

Logged in or have a store account? View your orders — same details as the order status page.
